In a South Florida Business Journal article titled, “Miami on Amazon HQ2 Shortlist Signals a Shift in Perception, Corporate Strategy,” Miami Office Managing Partner Neisen Kasdin discussed how Miami fits within the online retailer’s selection process for a second corporate campus. Kasdin outlined some of the critical land entitlements and tax incentives considerations for the company in reference to the city, among other key elements under consideration, some of which remain privy to Amazon’s management.
