Neisen Kasdin spoke to Law360 about the real estate considerations for physical banks as they increasingly move toward online banking. Kasdin elaborated on the age and generational factors of bank customers. 

“Brick-and-mortar banks are declining in importance,” said Kasdin. “Millennials are doing most or all of their banking online. It’s only when you get to baby boomers that you see people do all their banking in person, and even that’s changing.”
