Miami Office Managing Partner Neisen Kasdin was quoted in a Daily Business Review article titled, ”What Slowdown? Real Estate Lawyers Say They're Still Busy Despite Market Cooling.” Kasdin discussed how market fundamentals remain strong and shifts between real estate cycles will continue to sustain Miami.
“Clearly we’re in a situation where the market peaked about a year and a half ago,” Kasdin told the publication. “But I see investors buying land and positioning themselves for the next cycle. Leasing lawyers are doing leases. Transaction lawyers are still representing people in acquisitions. Projects are still coming out of the ground.”
