Miami Office Managing Partner Neisen Kasdin has been named as the Urban Land Institute Southeast Florida/Caribbean’s 2019 Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient for his service to the community in South Florida. 

Kasdin, the former Mayor and Commissioner of the City of Miami Beach, “guided the development of Miami and Miami Beach, bringing his extensive civic experience to work as he leads urban revitalization efforts and the development of complex, large-scale, multi-use projects,” according to ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean. The Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes a top leader within the real estate community whose body of professional and civic work exemplifies an enduring commitment to responsible development and building thriving, sustainable communities.

Kasdin has also previously served as Chairman of the Beacon Council, Chair of ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean, Chairman of the New World Symphony, and Vice Chair of the Miami Downtown Development. He will be recognized at the 2019 Vision Awards on Thursday, September 5th in Miami.
