New York Real Estate associate Jaclyn Scarinci was recently mentioned in a BronxTimes article in connection with her work on the proposed rezoning of properties along the Bruckner Expressway, a major arterial highway. Local owners that comprise Throggs Neck Associates, LLC are seeking the rezoning for a four-site development proposal that would bring in 349 new apartment units with nearly half of them set aside as affordable housing. Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club has been offered community space on one of the project sites that the organization says will help them expand their reach.

Scarinci presented on behalf of Throggs Neck Associates, LLC, the proposed developer team for the four sites.

The New York City Council is expected to vote on this proposal in early October.
