The South Florida Business Journal has named Akerman Fiduciary Litigation Partner Richard C. Milstein to its 2024 "Power Leaders in Corporate Philanthropy" list. The list recognizes leaders doing an outstanding job of connecting their organizations to the community and elevating results from Miami Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

In addition to his leadership roles at Akerman, Milstein chairs the Adrienne Arsht Center Trust. The Adrienne Arsht Center is a performing arts center located in Miami and is one of the largest facilities of its kind in the nation. Milstein has been chair since 2022 and a board member since 2008.
