Richard Pinsky was quoted in the Law360 article, "Florida Legislation To Watch In 2014," which reported on the state Legislature's list of priorities for the coming year. Pinsky explained that a number of issues will be up for debate in 2014, but lawmakers will tread carefully given the election year.
 
"While legislation is possible in 2014, a House select committee might be more likely to start tackling the issue without exposing legislators to controversial issues that might hurt support from agricultural or environmental interests in an election year," said Pinsky.
