Getting a bargaining order from the National Labor Relations Board just got a lot easier for unions. Employers should increase training and brace for litigation, according to Akerman Labor & Employment lawyer Ryan Krone.
Krone told Bloomberg Law that under the NLRB's new Cemex decision just one unfair labor practice is enough to trigger a bargaining order, and that has employers worried. Going forward, training will be more important than ever, he said.
