Akerman Real Estate Partner Stephen Tilbrook successfully represented Boater’s World Marine Centers, a national dealership with locations in Florida, Georgia, Texas, and Virginia, in obtaining a Major Conditional Use Approval for a new dealership in the Village of Islamorada, Florida.

The approval was granted by the Village Council following a code amendment and site plan approval, and extensive negotiations with the Town Planner and adjacent neighborhood associations. Boater’s World Islamorada is the fifth national dealership, and third in Florida, for this growing national brand.
