We are proud to share that Texas Lawyer named Akerman’s Austin Office Managing Partner Todd Reed its 2024 Managing Partner of the Year at a ceremony last night. The award honors leaders in the Texas market who demonstrate business leadership prowess over the prior year through client work and firm success.

Todd has served as the firm's Austin Office Managing Partner since 2018. His local leadership and strategic foresight have been instrumental in building recognition in the region as well as expanding its Austin client base and revenue. In his practice, he represents private and public companies in a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private offerings of debt and equity securities, the negotiation of credit facilities, and real estate matters.
