The Forum Club of the Palm Beaches announced that its board of directors unanimously voted to approve Grasford Smith, an Akerman partner in the Litigation Practice Group, as the newest member of its board of directors. He began his three-year term on July 1.
Grasford’s legal practice at Akerman focuses on complex commercial litigation, internal investigations, and corporate governance disputes. He represents Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and executives in high-stakes matters and is widely respected for his strategic insight and leadership within the profession.
