Barauskas represents business and individual clients in all phases of litigation in state and federal court, including pre-suit case evaluation, motion practice, appeals, and post-judgment collection activity, in disputes involving contracts, negotiable instruments, intellectual property, and tort actions.  

George, who serves as Jacksonville Office Managing Partner, has a statewide practice focusing on both commercial and bankruptcy litigation. He protects the interests of businesses and individuals in disputes relating to contracts, negotiable instruments, and tort actions. George routinely represents financial institutions and other lenders, shareholders, members and partners in professional corporations, LLCs and partnerships, as well as all types of businesses, individuals, and families.  

Roman is a well-rounded litigator and businessman, focusing his practice on securities litigation, securities fraud, and shareholder class action defense on behalf of large sophisticated companies and directors and officers of public companies. He also defends businesses in antitrust litigation, consumer class actions, and other complex litigation, as well as representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
