She also counsels boards and senior management on a variety of corporate governance matters, including Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters.
Board Certified in International law, Nowels focuses her practice on international trade, export controls and Customs law. She assists domestic and foreign companies with cross-border movement of regulated goods, and mitigating risk in international trade.
