Jennifer Lindy specializes in cross-border and international tax controversy and litigation involving the IRS. She advises individuals, multinational entities, and tax professionals on complex international tax issues, including voluntary disclosures, withholding tax, foreign income reporting, and compliance. Jennifer brings over 18 years of experience handling U.S. inbound and outbound tax matters.
Tracy Plott has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance transactions. She represents clients in debt restructuring, bond financing, joint ventures, and asset-based financing, including construction, permanent, and mezzanine lending. Tracy advises on the acquisition, development, and leasing of various commercial properties such as medical office buildings, senior living, student housing, retail, and industrial. She also handles loan workouts, forbearance agreements and non-judicial foreclosures and supports wealth management and fiduciary litigation related to real estate.
