Real Estate Practice Group Partner Vivien Krieger has been appointed to the ULI New York Advisory Board. This invitation-only board is composed of real estate industry professionals and leaders who support ULI New York’s mission to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide. Vivien’s two-year term will run from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2027.

The Advisory Board meets quarterly and plays a vital role in advancing ULI New York’s leadership in the region. It provides the New York District Council with thought leadership to advance ULI’s mission priorities, including decarbonization, increasing housing attainability, and developing future leaders. The board also supports advocacy on local and regional land use issues and advises on the delivery of high-quality programs and content for ULI members.

Vivien Krieger is a real estate attorney with a focus on land use and zoning matters in New York City. She represents a wide range of clients, including developers, lenders, property owners, buyers, and nonprofit organizations.
