Alex Prieto focuses his practice on representing national healthcare providers in a variety of real estate transactions. He regularly negotiates master leases, ground leases, and subleases for medical office buildings, hospital campuses, urgent care centers, and other non-traditional medical spaces, such as retail space, including developing and implementing compliance programs and guidelines. He also counsels clients on purchases and sales of medical office buildings, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. In connection with the acquisition and disposition of healthcare practices and businesses, Alex handles all aspects of the transaction concerning the associated real estate assets.

In addition to his healthcare real estate experience, Alex also represents financial institutions, investors, and owners of office, retail, hotel, residential, industrial, and mixed-use properties in connection with the acquisition and disposition, financing, development, and leasing of commercial real estate.
