Commercial Real Estate – Credit Real Estate Investment Trust:
Represented a commercial real estate credit REIT in originating over $1.5 billion in loans for properties all across the United States. They focus on originating, acquiring, financing and managing a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate debt and net lease real estate investments predominantly in the United States.
Commercial Real Estate Warehouse/Repo Facilities:
Represented three national money center banks in CRE warehouse/repo facilities with numerous different private debt funds regularly selling senior mortgage loans and participation interests in over 75 transactions involving all asset classes for a total transaction value of approximately $750 million worth of repurchase obligations.
