Amanda Klopp focuses her practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, banking and financial services litigation, and judgment enforcement. Amanda represents lenders, creditors, debtors, trustees, and assignees in state and federal court litigation, proceedings supplementary, assignments for the benefits of creditors, bankruptcy proceedings, and adversary proceedings. Clients seek her advice regarding bankruptcy compliance and protection, restructuring and liquidation alternatives, and prosecution and defense of complex claims, including preferential and fraudulent transfers, dischargeability actions, and actions for breach of fiduciary duty.

Amanda also protects the interests of financial institutions by assisting them in preserving, liquidating, or repossessing their collateral under the Uniform Commercial Code, including judicial and non-judicial sales of vessels under federal admiralty and maritime law.

Amanda has also litigated and advised on a wide variety of commercial matters, involving written and oral contracts, tortious interference, professional malpractice, patents, copyrights, trusts and estates, construction liens, and international arbitration.  Her broad base of experience allows her to identify potential issues for her clients in a wide variety of fields, and navigate both procedural and substantive issues in different forums. 

Amanda is active in her community and has participated on a number of committees of the Palm Beach County Bar Association involved in educating the general community and legal community. Recently, a program facilitated by Amanda and her fellow Law Week Committee members was recognized by the ABA with the ABA’s Law Day Outstanding Activity Award.
