Amanda Klopp focuses her practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation, receiverships, insolvency and restructuring, and other fiduciary representation. Amanda represents Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees, receivers, liquidating trustees, assignees, conservators, personal representatives, and other fiduciaries in state and federal court litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, adversary proceedings, supplementary proceedings, and assignments for the benefit of creditors. She has also represented lenders, creditors, and debtors, both in and out of bankruptcy court. Clients seek her advice regarding bankruptcy compliance and protection, restructuring and liquidation alternatives, and prosecution and defense of complex claims, including preferential and fraudulent transfers, dischargeability actions, and actions for breach of fiduciary duty.

Amanda also protects the interests of financial institutions by assisting them in preserving, liquidating, or repossessing their collateral under the Uniform Commercial Code, including judicial and non-judicial sales of vessels under federal admiralty and maritime law.

She has also litigated and advised on a wide variety of commercial matters, involving written and oral contracts, tortious interference, professional malpractice, patents, copyrights, trusts and estates, construction liens, and international arbitration. Her broad base of experience allows her to identify potential issues for her clients in a wide variety of fields, and navigate both procedural and substantive issues in different forums.

Amanda is active in her community and has served on a number of committees of the Palm Beach County Bar Association involved in educating the general community and legal community. She also works with the National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP) as a volunteer for its Lawyers Serving Warriors service on combat-related special compensation (CRSC) matters for veterans.
