She has extensive experience litigating cases in federal court involving not only infringement of trademarks, copyrights and patents, but also unfair competition, false advertising, trade secrets, defamation, and rights of publicity. She also regularly assists clients with the selection, procurement, protection, enforcement, and licensing of their intellectual property rights and confidential and proprietary information, both in the United States and internationally, and in preparing, filing and sending DMCA and other takedown notices, and false or misleading endorsements, testimonials, and reviews.
Amy’s transactional skills are focused on drafting and negotiating contracts regarding the use and/or transfer of trademarks, trade dress, confidential and proprietary information, patents, copyrights, technology, know-how, rights of publicity, copyright management information, domains, social media profiles, handles and usernames, and music and other entertainment industry assets, in both traditional and digital forms.
