Ana Gitli practices in the areas of land use and development and environment and natural resources, with a focus on real estate permitting, zoning, and environmental regulatory matters in Florida. She represents clients before state and local agencies and tribunals, assisting property owners, developers, and other stakeholders in navigating the full range of land use entitlements and environmental compliance requirements.

Prior to joining Akerman, Ana developed a well-rounded foundation across state environmental agencies, the judiciary, and the nonprofit conservation sector, gaining practical insight into both the regulatory and litigation dimensions of environmental and land use law.
