She possesses significant experience in a wide variety of sophisticated and strategic business, financial and legal transactions, including acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, co-investments, recapitalizations, private placements, capital investments, equity and debt financings/offerings and loan transactions, as well as other business transactions and related corporate governance matters, across a broad range of sectors, including the aviation, healthcare, dental, software, telecommunications, printing, pharmaceutical, real estate, entertainment, retail and distribution sectors. She routinely represents private equity companies, private and public companies, start-up corporations, entrepreneurs, shareholders and investors. Represented JSS Holdings Inc. in connection with its acquisition of Jet Support Services, Inc., a leading provider of hourly cost maintenance programs for aircraft, aircraft engines and airframes, and the continued representation of Jet Support Services, among other things, in various recapitalizations and corporate and equity structurings, investments and acquisitions, including the acquisition of The Franklin Mint.
Represented data and analytics publicly traded company associated with the Frost Group, in connection with its acquisitions of each of Fluent LLC and Selling Source, LLC, digital marketing platform companies.
Represented one of the largest nurseries of house and garden plants in the U.S., in the restructuring and sale of its marijuana related business to PalliaTech, Inc., a large private equity company.
