Andrew Dominguez’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation as well as cross-border disputes and international litigation and arbitration, with special emphasis on disputes that involve Latin America or parties located in this region. His background is in commercial litigation and he has litigated a variety of claims, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts throughout the United States. He has also arbitrated a number of commercial matters under the auspices of various arbitral institutions.

Andrew most recently served as legal counsel and vice president at Swiss Re, one of the world's leading providers of reinsurance and insurance. In his role, he managed all aspects of non-claims related disputes, certain high-risk claims matters, internal investigations, external governmental/regulatory investigations, and cybersecurity incidents, among other matters. In addition, he provided company-wide training to various business units around the globe regarding privilege, risk trends, and loss avoidance; he created new policies as lead drafter of company position papers on dispute resolution issues; and he regularly advised top executives, gaining invaluable insights into the legal operations and decision making process of a Global 500 institution.
