Anne Marie Garavaglia has nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and capital markets as both an in-house attorney for Fortune 50 corporations and as a partner in Am Law 100 ranked law firms.

She focuses her practice on real estate capital markets, securitizations, structured and commercial finance, loan portfolio management, loan servicing, loan originations, financial work-outs, and restructurings. She represents traditional institutional lenders, private debt and equity funds, and non-traditional lenders in a variety of transactions including mortgage loan originations, secondary market portfolio and single asset loan sales/acquisitions, joint venture and preferred equity investments, warehouse and repo lending facilities, loan participations, and bank and non-bank mezzanine, bridge, CMBS, and life insurance company loan originations.

Anne Marie also provides interim general counsel services and has served as interim general real estate counsel for a Los Angeles based crowdfunding and REIT client. Her finance background and in-house experience as president and general counsel for several CRE companies, vice president of JPMorgan Chase Bank’s real estate finance and capital markets group, and corporate counsel for the Overseas Partners foreign and domestic companies give her a deep understanding of business from the inside out.
