She is known for delivering clear, commercially grounded advice that helps clients navigate complex trademark, copyright, and related matters in an increasingly digital and content-focused environment.

Annie's practice encompasses key areas of brand management, including trademark clearance, prosecution, global portfolio management, and enforcement. She represents clients in disputes and proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and advises on intellectual property considerations in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and due diligence. She also regularly negotiates and structures a wide range of intellectual property and commercial agreements, including brand and music licensing, content distribution and streaming arrangements, software development and licensing agreements, and services agreements, as well as television and film rights, option agreements, merchandising programs, and rights of publicity.

Drawing on her prior experience as a television news producer and reporter, Annie brings a practical, industry-informed perspective to her work.
