Ashley Akapo focuses her practice on commercial litigation, including contract disputes and other commercial matters in federal and state courts. She has experience preparing and managing cases throughout the various phases of litigation, including developing strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases, drafting and responding to motions and discovery, and interviewing clients and witnesses in preparation for depositions. She also has experience representing clients in regulatory investigations and proceedings brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange commission.
