Ben Hedrick practices in the area of land use and development, representing clients in all aspects of the development approval process. Ben’s experience includes significant real estate development projects in Miami-Dade County, the City of Miami, the City of Doral, and other jurisdictions in South Florida and beyond. Additionally, Ben has experience assisting clients in public-private partnerships such as long-term development leases and airport-related development.

Ben has also worked with clients on a range of matters throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, including in Venezuela, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Colombia.
