Ben Kemble is a litigator with extensive experience representing both individuals and entities in a variety of matters. His experience runs from representing major property/casualty and automobile insurance carriers in defense of extra-contractual claims to handling local election disputes. He manages all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, deposition and trial preparation of witnesses, complex discovery matters, trial, and appellate work (including drafting state supreme and federal circuit court-level briefs and arguing same before appellate panels).

His experience also includes complex commercial disputes, personal injury defense, heavy-highway construction disputes, commercial premises liability, wrongful death and survival, defamation/business disparagement, affirmative litigation for insurance carriers (fraud and recovery of wrongfully-obtained policy benefits), drafting coverage opinions on consumer and commercial insurance policies, and litigating affirmative declaratory judgment actions. He also performs pro bono advocacy on behalf of immigrant rights organizations, and serves on the board of directors of San Antonio Pets Alive!, a 501(c)(3) animal rescue organization.

Ben’s practice is multijurisdictional, primarily in Texas and Oklahoma.
