She is experienced in guiding clients through the civil litigation process including preparation for questioning at deposition and trial. Her experience includes examining witnesses at trial and arbitration. Brittanie routinely conducts and defends depositions. She has successfully argued motions before federal and state courts on behalf of her clients. Brittanie litigates in various forums including alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration.
Brittanie has handled multiple appeals at the state and federal levels including advising clients on the appellate process. She has successfully crafted arguments and briefed issues at both the state and federal appellate courts. Earlier in her career, Brittanie worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia in the Elections, Education, Local Government, and Judiciary section. In that role, she advocated for her clients by presenting cases in evidentiary hearings before administrative law judges.
Currently, Brittanie focuses her practice on insurance coverage issues and insurance litigation.
