Bruce Steinert advises private equity sponsors, debt investment funds, and public and privately held companies on complex financing and corporate transactions. He focuses his practice on leveraged finance and acquisition-related matters, including leveraged buyout financings, acquisition facilities, refinancing and recapitalization transactions, senior secured credit facilities, asset-based lending facilities, second-lien and subordinated debt financings, and other sophisticated financing arrangements.

Bruce works closely with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies throughout the life cycle of an investment, from structuring and financing acquisitions to navigating refinancings, recapitalizations and other strategic transactions. He also advises clients on distressed and workout financings, forbearance arrangements, seller financing, debtor-in-possession financing, and cross-border financing transactions. His experience spans a broad range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, software and technology, business services, health care, transportation, real estate, apparel, agriculture, and financial services.
