Bryce Pilawski focuses his practice on commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters. As a litigation associate, Bryce represents clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes and high-stakes litigation in both state and federal court and as plaintiff and defendant. Bryce has experience representing utility-scale energy projects and counseling national real estate investment firms. He has drafted and argued dispositive motions, and has played a key role in mediations, site inspections, witness interviews, and depositions. Bryce’s commercial litigation practice also includes representing clients in arbitrations involving multimillion-dollar breach-of-contract disputes.
In his insurance coverage practice, Bryce assists insurers in navigating coverage issues under a range of policies, including environmental and pollution, commercial liability, umbrella, excess, commercial auto, and property policies. He advises insurers on complex coverage disputes, and has co-authored articles and reports related to coverage considerations associated with emerging contaminants such as PFAS, PFOA, and PFOS.
