Christine Kim focuses her practice on transactional risk liability insurance matters. As coverage counsel, Christine represents domestic and international insurers in representations and warranties, indemnification and warranties, contingent risk, trade credit, and political risk matters. She also advises insurers and policyholders on policy drafting and negotiations. 

Christine previously worked at a prior Am Law Top 100 firm and served as an in-house specialist at a global insurance firm. Her background provides her with unique insight into the legal challenges commonly faced by insurers, from the issuance of policies through the resolution of claims.
