Christopher McAndrew focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, including copyright and trademark infringement, trademark prosecution, trade secret litigation, and general contract disputes. Christopher also has extensive experience representing clients in proceedings in front of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). In addition, he assists clients with managing and enforcing their copyright and trademark portfolios.

Prior to joining Akerman, Christopher worked for a California-based law firm protecting the intellectual property of clients in the entertainment, media, technology, and fashion sectors. Before law school, he worked as the Management Director at Artists First, Inc. in Philadelphia. Working directly with Melody Forrester, he assisted in the management and representation of a number of musicians, music producers, visual artists, and professional athletes.
