Claudio Diaz advises clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters, with experience spanning M&A, commercial contracts, real estate transactions, and business formation and restructuring. His experience includes conducting due diligence in connection with acquisitions; reviewing and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, prime contracts, subcontracts, nondisclosure agreements, and other commercial agreements; and identifying and mitigating contractual and business risks.

Claudio also has experience supporting clients on corporate governance and entity matters, including operating agreements, shareholder agreements, membership buyout agreements, and entity formation. In addition, he has experience researching and assisting with commercial and construction litigation matters, providing him with a broad understanding of the legal and business considerations affecting clients across industries.
