Darcy Hansen represents major financial institutions, film studios, and other multinational clients in a wide array of complex litigation before federal and state courts, and international arbitrations before arbitral tribunals. He has experience in all phases of litigation and arbitration, including developing legal strategies; drafting pleadings, substantive motions, and applications; conducting witness interviews; and managing large-scale discovery. Darcy has assisted clients in defending against allegations of fraud, price-fixing conspiracy in violation of antitrust laws, copyright infringement, and more.

Darcy is also committed to pro bono work, focusing his time on civil rights litigation, including freedom of speech and voting rights issues, prisoners’ rights, and fair housing matters.
