Donald Pocock focuses his practice on business litigation, construction law, creditor’s rights and insolvency litigation, and financial services litigation. Don represents clients in all phases of litigation including pleadings, discovery, document production, depositions, mediations, motions, briefs, and trial. He has appellate experience, including conducting oral arguments before North Carolina Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of North Carolina, and Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also appeared in arbitrations before American Arbitration Association, National Arbitration Forum, JAMS, and The Arbitration Forum.

Financial Services Litigation:
Represented banks and non–bank financial institutions in consumer lending disputes including FDCPA, TILA, and RESPA matters and lien avoidance actions in bankruptcy.

Class Action Defense:
Experience managing complex litigation including class action defense and managing litigation in multiple states including South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Texas.
