Ed Murphy is an arbitrator and trial lawyer. He has extensive international and domestic experience in litigation and arbitration, as an advocator and arbitrator. He advises clients on maritime operations and chartering matters. He has tried to verdict numerous jury and bench trials throughout the United States and has participated in the defense of clients in international venues. He has been involved with more than 100 arbitrations in the United States and internationally, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, a member of the American Arbitration Association Commercial Panel, and serves on domestic and international arbitration panels.

He has been an arbitrator since 2019 and began transitioning his practice to arbitration.
