Erika Labelle represents public and private businesses in transactional tax, REIT, and controversy matters. She focuses her practice on corporate and partnership tax planning and structuring, including taxable and tax-free corporate mergers, stock and asset acquisitions, reorganizations, divestitures and restructurings. She also regularly represents business entities in federal controversy matters with the Internal Revenue Service, including matters related to acquisitions, restructurings, transfer pricing, excise taxes, and research credits.
