Farid Khosravi is a member of the Tax Practice Group and focuses his practice on international tax planning and controversy. He has more than 17 years of international tax experience both in client service and in-house with a diversified, Fortune 500 manufacturing and materials sciences company. He consults and advises U.S. and foreign clients on the U.S. and foreign income tax implications of their business operations, including tax structuring, tax compliance, and risk management. Farid serves clients in various industries, including manufacturing, logistics/transportation, retail/consumer products, hospitality, energy, private equity, materials science, e-commerce, and nonprofit organizations.

Farid also has extensive experience with S corporations, assisting foreign clients with their inbound investments, and has represented numerous clients before the IRS, including audits, tax deficiencies, private letter ruling requests, refund claims, and voluntary disclosure programs.
