Fernando Susegan advises lenders and sponsors on all aspects of acquiring, selling, and transferring renewable energy tax credits. He regularly represents clients in the acquisition, development, and financing of renewable energy projects, with experience drafting and negotiating tax equity financing agreements, tax credit transfer agreements, syndicated loan agreements, construction financings, and related project documents. Fernando also prepares and negotiates key project development agreements, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) agreements, purchase and sale agreements, shareholder agreements, and transition service agreements. His practice includes conducting due diligence on project-level contracts, permits, regulatory compliance, and corporate structures to identify risks and opportunities for his clients.
