Frank St. Jacques represents clients in real estate development matters with a focus on New York City land use and zoning. Frank has extensive experience seeking discretionary approvals for rezonings, zoning text amendments, special permits, variances, and authorizations. He works closely with developers, architects, engineers, and environmental consultants on producing supporting materials for land use and CEQR applications. He regularly presents projects before the New York City Council, City Planning Commission, and the Board of Standards and Appeals. In addition, Frank conducts zoning due diligence and advises clients on the development potential of property for projects ranging from single multifamily residential buildings to large-scale mixed-use developments. Frank's practice also includes assisting clients in obtaining determinations from the Department of Buildings on issues requiring interpretation of the New York City Zoning Resolution and Building Code. Frank is a member of the New York City Bar Association's Land Use Planning and Zoning Committee.
