Hannah Compton represents employers in a wide variety of labor and employment matters, combining preventative counseling with litigation support to help clients address workforce challenges and reduce exposure to risk. She regularly advises on employee relations issues, workplace policies, leave and accommodation matters, restrictive covenant enforcement, compensation practices, and other employment law considerations affecting businesses across industries.

Drawing on both counseling and dispute-resolution experience, Hannah assists employers with administrative investigations and employment litigation involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour violations. She helps clients respond to agency inquiries and claims, manages discovery and case strategy, and supports employers through all stages of the litigation process. Hannah also conducts workplace investigations and partners with clients to develop policies, training, and compliance initiatives designed to strengthen workplace practices and support organizational goals.
