Jeff White focuses his practice on litigation, including complex insurance coverage litigation and bad faith disputes, representing both insurers and policyholders in high-stakes matters nationwide. He serves as national counsel for insurers in cases involving commercial general liability, commercial auto policies, including trucking, transportation, and auto dealers, professional liability, and commercial property claims that include business interruption and environmental pollution. He has first-chaired trials to verdict, bringing extensive courtroom experience to his clients’ most complex matters.
In addition to his insurance coverage work, Jeff has experience defending employers in labor and employment disputes, including wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims under federal and state laws such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA. Jeff has also been involved in the litigation of complex commercial cases involving breach of contract, non-complete/solicitation clause, tortious interference with contract, and misappropriation of trade secrets on behalf of business entities and individual clients. He has conducted and defended depositions, represented corporate clients in mediation, and drafted dispositive motions, including summary judgment briefs.
