Jeff White focuses his practice on complex commercial insurance coverage litigation and bad faith disputes, representing both insurers and policyholders in high-stakes matters nationwide. He represents and advises employers in labor and employment matters, including class and representative actions, single-plaintiff actions, and preventive advice and counseling.

Jeff serves as national counsel for insurers in coverage disputes arising from management liability policies, including directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, and fiduciary liability, as well as errors and omissions, professional liability, and commercial property claims, including business interruption and environmental pollution.

He has significant experience defending and advising employers in labor and employment disputes, including wage and hour claims, class and representative actions, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims under federal and state laws such as Title VII, the ADA, ADEA, and FMLA. Jeff also represents employers and business entities in complex commercial disputes arising from employment agreements, post-employment restrictive covenants, and restrictive covenants arising from mergers and acquisitions, including breach of contract, non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements, tortious interference with contract, and misappropriation of trade secrets.

Jeff has first-chaired trials to verdict, conducted and defended depositions, represented corporate clients in mediation, and drafted dispositive motions, including summary judgment briefs, bringing extensive courtroom experience to his clients' most complex matters.
