Jessica Bober Rosenthal has a diverse practice in commercial litigation, legal ethics, and professional liability. She is skilled in managing and advocating for clients in large and complex cases. Jessica has advised on a wide variety of matters, including breach of various types of contracts, tortious interference, deceptive and unfair trade practices, and shareholder and partnership disputes, as well as other issues. Jessica also defends law firms and attorneys in legal malpractice actions and disciplinary proceedings.

Jessica co-authored several articles on behalf of the Professionalism Committee for the Palm Beach County Bar. She also co-authored a chapter on recovering attorneys' fees for The Florida Bar's business litigation manual.

Jessica was selected to participate in Leadership West Palm Beach (class of 2016), a community involvement leadership program sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. She was also a member of the Advisory Council for St. Mary's Medical Center and Palm Beach Children's Hospital, which fostered ongoing dialogue between the hospital and the community regarding a number of healthcare related issues.
