Jorge Maldonado Vargas is an associate in the Tax Practice Group. He has experience in a broad range of domestic and international tax and corporate matters and has advised international and domestic companies. Among his areas of expertise, Jorge focuses on the tax and corporate aspects of cross-border transactions and investments in the U.S. and Latin America. Jorge has participated in, and has experience with, the structuring of offshore wealth management vehicles and estate planning matters.

In addition, Jorge has counseled international companies on the establishment of businesses in Mexico and Latin America, with emphasis on the corporate, tax, and regulatory aspects.
