Joseph Turk focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, corporate governance disputes, and professional liability matters, with a particular emphasis on Delaware’s state and federal courts. He represents directors, officers, corporations, and other business entities in a wide range of matters, including breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, books and records demands, and other corporate governance disputes. Joseph has experience handling litigation before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Superior Court and advises clients through all stages of the dispute resolution process.

In addition to his corporate litigation practice, Joseph represents employers in employment-related matters and has experience handling civil rights and constitutional litigation. Drawing on his broad litigation background, he provides strategic counsel to clients facing complex legal and business challenges across a variety of industries.
