Joshua’s construction law background includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating owner–contractor and subcontractor agreements, as well as advising on construction contracts, lien law compliance, Chapter 558 issues, construction defects, delay claims, and related risk mitigation strategies. He has taken and defended depositions, drafted and argued dispositive motions, and represented clients in complex business and construction disputes.
