Judy Kang represents employers in all aspects of employment disputes and counseling. She focuses her practice on defending clients in individual and class litigation, pre-litigation disputes, as well as administrative claims. Judy has experience defending single plaintiff FEHA claims, including claims alleging discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. She also has experience defending high exposure class and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions alleging various wage and hour violations. Judy has represented employers in both California state and federal courts, in employment arbitrations, and before the NLRB.
