Kenway's practice focuses on commercial, real estate, and international litigation, with an emphasis on contract and business disputes, both domestic and abroad. A well-rounded litigator with first chair trial experience, Kenway represents and advises clients through all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, complex motion practice, evidentiary hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial. He regularly assists clients with a variety of real estate related matters, including contractual issues, title disputes, and landlord/tenant disputes. Serving a diverse client base, Kenway also represents and advises clients in state and federal courts across Florida on matters involving, among other things, breach of contract, products liability, business torts, replevin, negligence, and fraud.

In all representation, Kenway proactively identifies client concerns and provides strategic counseling that aligns with his clients' objectives and risk profile. Driven by obtaining positive outcomes for his clients, Kenway draws on his versatility to effectively and efficiently resolve disputes, whether through high-paced litigation or structured negotiation.

In addition to his practice, Kenway is an active member of the legal community, having served as the president of the Greater Orlando Asian American Bar Association (GOAABA), chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee for the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), and co-chair of the Community Service Committee for the OCBA, Young Lawyers Division.
