Kristen McMullen focuses her practice on insurance defense, counseling clients on matters of coverage disputes, and general liability. With extensive experience representing insurance companies and their insureds in a variety of first-party and third-party matters including breach of contract, premises liability, auto negligence, property damage, and other contractual and general liability claims, she provides counsel and representation to clients on issues arising prior to the inception of litigation through trial.

Auto Negligence Trial:
Second chaired an auto negligence trial in Broward County, Florida, concerning a right-of-way dispute. The jury returned a defense verdict, finding no liability by the defendant for the subject accident.
