Lauri Gerson focuses her practice on land use and development, representing clients in all stages of real estate development, land acquisition, land development, financing, and dispositions. She has extensive experience representing national homebuilders and developers of master planned and mixed-use communities, as well as managing every phase of the development lifecycle. Lauri counsels clients through all phases of residential land use and real estate development, including contract negotiation, zoning due diligence, and land acquisitions and dispositions. Furthermore, she has experience analyzing and assessing complex title commitments, surveys, and environmental reports to identify potential areas of risk. Lauri works closely with clients to anticipate obstacles, strategize practical solutions, and advance projects efficiently. 

Lauri also represents residential developers and homebuilders in the creation of homeowners' associations and related community or project governing documents.
